What Is Negative Energy?
Comments such as, “I’m so stupid”, “I never do anything right”, “Why does always have to happen to me?”, “People are such jerks”, actually plays a trick on your brain to make you think these thoughts are true. Truth is, you’re actually very intelligent, you do many things right – otherwise you wouldn’t have survived most of the trauma you’ve encountered, things just don’t only happen to you, and people can also be very kind. Replace negative self-talk rhetoric with phrases such as, “I’m a very competent and confident person”, “The universe has a great destiny already laid out for me, let me just walk my path gracefully.” Only focus on what you have control over, such as your own emotions and how we react to stimuli; let the universe handle the rest.
